The Resourse person mainly spoke
on developing the self-trust & value of honesty in their work place. She
made it very interesting by group activities like skit, open discussion. She
also suggested them to call them not as domestic worker which make them feel
low but home manager. She interacted with women and gave the tips related to
their work on how to be confident, importance of communication, value of
honesty, understanding the physical capacity of work, flexibility in work,
maintain the relationship in the family.
