Juipada Balsansad Meeting

Topic: Forming New Balsansad

Report: First we visited children families. Then, Tuition teacher’s houses, so we could gathered children for meeting. All together 40 children were from 5^th to 9^th std.we explain to them concept of balsansad, why we need to start, the role the activities they carry on etc. then every Thursday at 4.pm we fixed the meeting with them then chose the president, secretary, two girls & two boys, every children were ready to fix the date & time for the future activities.

           Then we had organized short Get-together for them with snacks & take away Gifts
