On the 21st of March, 2016, Sahyog Samaj Kendra, Chowk CCO organised a training program for Kishories at the Chowk Parish Hall. Altogether there were 29 Kishories who were present.
The topic of the training was on Leadership. The resource person, Mr.Vency Dabre led the Kishories to reflect on the topic "What is leadership?". He went on to explain the various types of leaders that exist in society and the specific role
of the leader in various situations. 
He then finally led them to understand the process on how to become effective leaders in the community, families
and within the kishori group.
During the second part of the training programme he focussed on the topic of Income Generation Programmes that the Kishories could engage in. He went on to explain the process of starting an IGP and the marketing strategy to be employed on the products identified. 
He further shared on how to enhance the product through advertisements that would enhance sales.
