On the 9th of March, 2016, Savdhan Social Center, Manori organized an Income Generation Programme (IGP) Training for Kishoris. 
A total of 15 kishoris were present. The Resource person was Mr. Dayanand Patil who led the young girls to focus on IGPs that they could take up. 
He led them with inputs on how to start an IGP, on developing a strategy for Marketing and ways and means to package and advertise the product.
